The guarantee stated on this website and in our documentation is only valid as long as you follow the instructions exactly. Any deviation from these instructions means the guaranteed is void.

We are not responsible for your actions or any losses or profits made. The use of our information, products and services should be based on your own due diligence and you agree that Quality Bet Systems is not liable for any success or failure that is directly or indirectly related to the purchase and misuse of our information, products and services.

Refunds
To be eligible for a refund you must be able to demonstrate that for 30 consecutive days from receipt of your AVB System you have not increased your Betting Bank by £300.00 (the £300 figure means you must have started with a Betting Bank of at least £1000, if your Betting Bank was less than this then your earnings decrease at fixed ratio, ie: an initial Betting Bank of £500 would result in earnings of £150.00). You must make available to Quality Bet Systems all your transactions with Betfair within the 30 day period. The refund is not valid for any bets placed with any organisation other than Betfair. Only bets placed using the AVB System are guaranteed.

The System
Upon receipt and clearance of your payment you will be sent an email containing a link and a password to allow you access to the system. The password will expire in two ways; if no access within 14 days or upon your first access to the system (we recommend you print the system as you will not be able to access it more than once). You may not distribute, copy, sell or advertise the AVB System in any form whatsoever. Legal proceedings will be instigated against any individual, company or organisation who breaches these terms. Quality Bet Systems retains copyright of the AVB System at all times. You must be eighteen years of age or above to purchase the AVB System.

Modification of these Terms and Conditions
Quality Bet Systems reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at anytime, effective upon making the modified provisions available on the Quality Bet Systems web site. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Continued use of the Quality Bet Systems AVB System after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Quality Bet Systems does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.

Liablilty
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Quality Bet Systems harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to any legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any third-party's rights, (including, without limitation, infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights). These obligations will survive any termination of your relationship with Quality Bet Systems.
